For over 20 years, Skander Essid worked at the heart of the tourism industry. As an inbound travel agent within the largest European group — and second worldwide — he welcomed thousands of travelers. Families, couples, business professionals… they all shared one thing: too often disappointed by their hotel choice.
The problem was almost never the price. It was the invisible criteria — the noise from the nearby road, the Wi-Fi that drops during video calls, the pool closed off-season, the mediocre breakfast despite 4 stars. Details that traditional comparators completely ignore.
